Lifestyle Medicine Appointment

Our choices have a much larger impact on our health outcomes than we’d ever imagined.

We can use even the most basic choices (such as how much we sleep!) to have an enormous impact on our overall health.

Begin the discussion of the Lifestyle Medicine pillars of health, which include a whole plant-based diet, physical activity, restorative sleep, positive social interactions/stress management, and avoidance of risky substances.

Gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep issues and more are common concerns in pregnancy/lactation that can be addressed via lifestyle changes.

Schedule an hour to hours and a half initial visit to help you reach your breastfeeding goals.
